Hotpie Live Child Safety Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Hotpie Live is committed to protecting children and minors from sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, and harmful activity in all forms. We have a strict zero-tolerance policy against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on our app, website, livestreaming features, chat features, user profiles, uploaded content, and all related services.
These standards apply to all Hotpie Live users, hosts, streamers, resellers, staff, moderators, and any person using or interacting with Hotpie Live.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Hotpie Live strictly prohibits any content, behavior, communication, livestream, image, video, link, profile, username, comment, message, or activity that involves, promotes, supports, facilitates, requests, shares, or depicts child sexual abuse and exploitation.
This includes, but is not limited to:

Sexual content involving minors

Grooming or attempting to build inappropriate relationships with minors

Sexual solicitation of minors

Sextortion or threats involving minors

Trafficking, exploitation, or coercion of minors

Sharing links or instructions related to CSAE or CSAM

Attempts to move conversations with minors to other platforms for harmful purposes

Any fantasy, joke, roleplay, or coded language that sexualizes minors
Any user who violates this policy may be immediately banned from Hotpie Live and reported to the relevant authorities where required by law.
2. Age and Minor Safety
Hotpie Live is not intended for children. Users must meet the minimum age requirement stated in our app rules, terms, and applicable local laws.
We do not allow users to use Hotpie Live to contact, exploit, groom, sexualize, harass, or endanger minors. If we become aware that an account is being used to harm or exploit a child, we will take enforcement action, which may include account suspension, account termination, content removal, evidence preservation, and reporting to the appropriate authorities.
3. Prohibited Content and Conduct
The following are strictly forbidden on Hotpie Live:

Uploading, posting, livestreaming, sending, requesting, selling, buying, or distributing CSAM.

Encouraging or normalizing sexual abuse or exploitation of children.

Asking minors for sexual images, videos, messages, meetings, or private contact.

Pretending to be a minor or using fake profiles to engage in harmful sexual conduct.

Using livestreams, chats, comments, gifts, usernames, profile photos, or descriptions to sexualize minors.

Sharing external links, groups, websites, or usernames that lead to CSAE or CSAM.

Blackmail, threats, coercion, or manipulation involving minors.

Any attempt to avoid detection, moderation, reporting, or enforcement related to CSAE.
4. Detection and Moderation
Hotpie Live may use a combination of manual review, user reports, admin tools, moderation procedures, and technical measures to detect, review, and remove content or accounts that may violate our child safety standards.
Our moderation and admin teams may review reported content, user profiles, messages, livestream behavior, transaction activity, and other relevant platform activity when investigating possible CSAE violations.
When needed, Hotpie Live may restrict features, remove content, suspend accounts, terminate accounts, or preserve relevant information for legal and safety purposes.
5. User Reporting
Users can report suspected CSAE, CSAM, grooming, exploitation, unsafe behavior, or any child safety concern through Hotpie Live’s in-app reporting or support channels.

When submitting a report, users should include as much relevant information as possible, such as the username, user ID, livestream details, screenshots where legally allowed, date, time, and a description of the concern.
6. Review and Enforcement
Hotpie Live reviews child safety reports seriously and takes appropriate action based on the severity and evidence available.
Possible enforcement actions include:

Removing violating content

Restricting account features

Suspending or permanently banning accounts

Blocking users from the platform
-
Preserving relevant records where legally required

Reporting confirmed or suspected CSAE/CSAM cases to law enforcement, child protection organizations, or other relevant authorities where required by law

Cooperating with valid legal requests from authorities
Hotpie Live does not tolerate retaliation against users who make good-faith reports about child safety concerns.
7. Cooperation With Authorities
Hotpie Live complies with applicable child protection laws and online safety requirements. Where required by law or where we believe there is a serious risk of harm to a child, we may report relevant information to law enforcement, child protection agencies, or other appropriate authorities.
We may also cooperate with investigations and valid legal requests related to CSAE, CSAM, grooming, trafficking, exploitation, or other child safety threats.
